The symposium has been taking place since 2007 and is organised every 2 years with the aim of bringing the art of sculpture closer to the general public. The works are placed in public spaces and become a permanent part of the cultural heritage of Differdange.
The Biennale takes place under a different theme each time and is dedicated to different materials.
Over a period of 12 days, the artists present their creations in the open air. Visitors will be able to watch the impressive creation of each sculpture on a daily basis.
